How I intend to make my billions out of the HIPs industry
So we had a bit of forum chatter earlier and

So I gave it 30 seconds thought and then like a flash of bright light, it came to me....
In order to make my billions out of the HIPs industry (which clearly I am owed simply for being a nice chap) I was thinking about writing a 7 volume blockbuster series (with film spin-offs obviously) staring Harry Disto about:
1. How I so much want to be a HI
2. I wish my RICS Training had the quality of Saturday morning childrens TV
3. Do I still want to be a HI?
4. These new EPCs look easy but will they interest me?
5. Shall I be a DEA then?
6. There seem to be a lot of other DEAs, is another 6005 enough?
7. 40 pounds per EPC? Surely I could work for Oxfam
That just about covers many HIs emotions over the last 18 months. The problem is, will more than 6006 people buy a copy of the book
I expect various unofficial money-grabbing spin-offs to be launched by others cashing in on my literary and cinematic genius including:
8. Hands off my DEA/HI organisation, we are the best 'you hear me'
9. Arrogance for beginners
10. We can do it cheaper than you
11. We can do it cheaper than you too (sequelled in parts 2, 3 and 4 at monthly intervals)
12. Them damn politicians, pass me my rifle
13. "Surveyors do it with experience"
14. Spamming for idiots by idiot spammers
and finally:
