How Does NRG Experts Work?
We receive work from a range of customers including Home Information Pack providers, solicitors and conveyancers, estate agents, housing associations, and consumers. We place the work with independent DEAs and HIs registered on our panel. The work is allocated primarily on the basis of proximity, but we also consider factors such as a DEAs or HIs track record with us. Our fees vary depending on the customer and the size of the property. We place our work by telephone and we will tell you when we call what fee the job pays. After making initial contact with you, to agree the work and establish your availability, we contact the seller and arrange the appointment. We also establish further details about the property such as age, type, whether there have been any extensions etc. We then send full details of the job and the appointment to you by email. When the work is completed, you simply email us the RRN number and link to the report. We don't require you to use particular accreditation scheme or software such as Quest. We will pay you by BACs within 35 days of receiving your invoice for the job. If you are working for us on regular basis we ask you to invoice us at the end of each calendar month. |
How to JoinPlease print out the application form and return your completed, signed form to the following address: NRG Experts What Happens Next? When we receive your completed form, we will send you an email to acknowledge your registration. You will be automatically added to the mailing list for our newsletter. We use 2 criteria to allocate work: proximity to the job and track record with NRG Experts. DEAs / HIs who take a pro-active approach to securing work, for example introducing estate agents to the Firsthips / Mason Collins HIP or by placing private HIPs with us, are more likely to be offered other work we receive.
