We provide a fast, efficient, high quality service to organisations and individuals requiring Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Home Condition Surveys.

Residential

Our customers include Home Information Pack providers, Solicitors / Conveyancers, Estate Agents, Housing Associations, landlords and private individuals.

New Builds

We will be providing EPCs for new-build residential properties from 6 April 2008.

Commercial & Public Buildings

We will be providing EPCs for commercial properties from 1 July 2008 and display certificates for public buildings from October 2008.
