We provide a fast, efficient, high quality service to organisations and individuals requiring Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Home Condition Surveys.

Residential

Our customers include Home Information Pack providers, Solicitors / Conveyancers, Estate Agents, Housing Associations, landlords and private individuals.

New Builds

We can provide energy performance certificates and SAP assessments for residential buildings under construction or recently completed.

Predictive Energy Assessment (for properties being sold off-plan or partly constructed) are £25+VAT.

On-construction Energy Performance Certificates (for properties that are complete) are £85+VAT.

Commercial Buildings

We can provide certificates for shops, offices and industrial buildings. They are priced on a case-by-case basis depending on the size and the complexity of the building. Typically the cost starts at around £385+VAT for a simple retail or warehouse space and can rise to many thousands of pounds for a large office block. Please contact us for a quote.
